Why work with us?
It's no secret that the way people are spending has changed, moving away from cash to contactless payment methods. However, we're still seeing charities collecting with cash only, or with costly and clunky payment systems.
These systems come with a handful of challenges for charities, including:
- Upfront costs of purchasing a device or devices.
- Restricted mobility with few devices and limited range from a central position.
- Lengthy set up processes in using a terminal, pos machine, or even an app with tap to pay on iphone available.
- A sharp learning curve in setting up collectors with an unfamiliar system and device.
We remove these challenges, with our all in one system comprising our mobile & web app. Any charity can begin using us with no upfront costs, on their own phones, any where with connection. All we ask is a small processing fee off of each transaction to maintain & improve our service to charities.

Getting started with us
To get you started, we are going to need a few pieces of information that will allow us to set up your personalised dashboard and organisational profile.
Registering with us
First, a representative from your charity will need to register an account with us. We'll ask for:
- Display Name: The name of your charity you want presented to everyone.
- Description: A description of your charity that will be presented through our app.
- Profile Image: This will be an image visible to everyone, and should be a 1:1 aspect ratio.
- Cover photo: Another image visible to everyone, often used as a backdrop. This should be a 16:9 aspect ratio.
Connecting Payments
Once your account is setup, you will receive a personalised signup link for Stripe Connect. Stripe is our payment service provider, which we have chosen as it is reliable, safe and secure.
The link will ask you to fill out an online form that sets up your charities bank account to be able to receive funds from donations collected. You will need to provide details about your organisations nominated bank account, and details about your organisations structure.
Once done, you will be able to invite people to join your charity so that you and others can begin collecting donations through our app, as well as access a suite of other features.
