Manage your charity
First and foremost, the Sam Hub provides your organisation with a platform to manage and report on its collections through the Sam App and other collection pathways.
Just as a start, we offer these key features:
- Customise your collections:
- Your charity will be able to customise its collections, including standard donation amounts, point of sale items, & raffling. Changes made via the Sam Hub will automatically be reflected in the Sam App.
- Manage drives and events:
- Events can be created to accommodate for different organisational drives. This means your charity can fully customise how it collects for its needs.
- Analytics and reporting:
- Your organisation will have access to live analytics and reporting on collections. This allows you to leverage analytics and reports to make informed decisions. All information is also exportable.
- Organisational management:
- Administrators and managers will have the ability to add new members, remove members, assign roles to members, and update the charities details and images.
Customising Collections
We want to provide a seamless transition to our platform, providing all the functionality available with a traditional eftpos or point of sale machine through our app.
We are achieving this by giving your organisation a range of collection methods. Your organisation can easily set up and customise these different collection methods through the Sam Hub. Once done, these will be available for any member of your organisation to use on the Sam App.
Additionally, collections can be customised for each drive or event your charity has, meaning events & drives can be tailored to their specific needs.
Quick Donations
Your charity can set up quick donation amounts. These will be amounts first presented to collectors in the app, so that they can quickly access and begin collecting. These can be updated at any time.
Price Items
Members of your organisation can define price line items. These can be items available for sale by your charity. The names, descriptions, images and amounts can be defined on the web app, and automatically updated for collectors in the Sam App.
Ad-hoc donations
No set up is required for ad-hoc donations amounts, it will already be available for collectors to use.
Raffle tickets
Your charity can subscribe to use raffling for its events. A member of your organisation can define the prices of tickets on the Sam Hub, and this will be reflected in the Sam App. The information on entrants will be available via the Sam Hub.
Create drives and events
We know that charities have specific needs for different fundraising envrionments, so our web app allows for your organisation to create events. Events will sit under your organisation and give you access to additional features.
Events will allow your organisation to have:
- An event name, description and images that differ from your normal organisations standard of the same. Additionally, a timeframe that the event will be active for.
- Specific members invited. All members will not automatically be a part of the event, but can be added and given roles.
- Custom collections created for the event. This means custom quick donation amounts, as well entirely different point of sale items. Read more about collections above.
- Reporting on donations collected, that will help your organisation analyse each event separate from overall collections.
